What data can be pushed and at what points via webhooks using your platform i see that you have them but not a lot of info on what to use them for in program is it only for full completions or if we get info first and they don't complete can we get that info

Hello, In the help section it states we cannot edit a theme - we need to create a new one in order to change font and colors. Based on the LTD, does that mean I have to purchase Tier 3 in order to have this feature?

Yes, to create a custom theme you need to get Tier 3 or 4.
This was previously answered by Kirill Tereshchenko who said currently no — there isn’t a way to customize font colors right now; they’ll consider adding more UI customizations (including font color options) in a future update. Are these response amounts counted per individual question or for entire surveys? For example, if I have one survey with 5 questions and another with 500 questions, would each completed survey count as one response, or is the response counted on a per-question basis?

Hello, How do I contact metasurvey support? I changed passwords now it says I have had too many attempts and need to try later. It has been hours and the system gives me the same message. What is the remedy for this, please?
Also, when I go the website, I get a message in Japanese or Chinese - I have a screen shot but cannot paste it here.
Please respond - I need to create a survey as soon as possible.
