a) The user should get a feedback on his answers like wrong/right? b) Another small solution could be to show just the right answers? c) Which are the right answers when it is AI generated?

Q: Can this specific version provide a form where users can vote on multiple choice answers?
We run an annual "Best of.." contest. We have nomination page set up. But could this work for the voting in each category, with 3-5 multiple choice options, and limit them to voting for only one in each category?

Currently building a site for a therapy practice and want to use a quiz/survey to lead people to choose the right therapist for them base on their needs, can this end in booking an appointment with the correct therapist based on their answers?
