A: Those features are not available yet, some of them are in our roadmap.
Most close feature to that one is predefined questions, you can set questions as chat starter, if you do that, users can see that predefined questions on the welcome page of your chatbot popup.

If you prefer, you can choose message credits as a metric instead of tokens. For message credits, 1m tokens is 1500 message credits for GPT-4o-mini. This includes user and AI messages.
So your visitor said, "What's your refund policy?" Your AI said, " We have a 7-day refund guarantee." This means you spent 2 message credits.

Apr 28, 2025A: You can choose the colors, set an image for the brand, and hide mevo branding from the footer of the chatbot popup.
All plans include monthly tokens. You don't have to use your OpenAI key, but if you do, you can use it with supported GPT-4 family models.

Apr 28, 2025A: There is no limit regardin file count, the limit is for training character count of the PDF files (or other allowed resource types) content size.
You can see the limits in the plans as "Training character limits".
When you remove some PDF files, you can free some space for new ones.

When a customer opens the website, i want it show a first message and second and third where people can respond to like intercom.
And also are there automations possible, so that if people select a specific answer of multiple choice that it triggers a specific next message.
Also can you get notification on the pc in screen blinking 1 new message, in the tab overview when using google chrome.
