Thanks for your question! You can install our signatures across different domains and email clients. However, if you’d like to set up an integration for automatic signature management, it can only be connected to one domain per account (in case they belong to different tenants).

There are multiple roles going to a shared inbox. Also, usernames are localized to different languages. Can I attach one signature to multiple aliases (Gmail)? Does it follow Gmail-Setup conventions, or would I need to create a signature for each? Can I attach a variety of signatures, based on role, within one mailbox? Thank you

To be able to install a signature manually (Zoho Mail/Zoho CEM/any email provider that supports HTML), you can activate only one code. I am trying to get 300 signatures, but in the system, I can't add any more codes after 6 for Appsumo, which limits me to 50 signatures. Is there a workaround other than signing up with six different emails, which is very inconvenient?

A: Hi john9724! Thank you for your question. You can activate up to 6 codes in one account. These are the conditions of the current Appsumo deal. As you mentioned, as a workaround in your case, you can create 5 separate accounts and activate 300 signatures in total, 6 codes for each.
