A: Hi there, thanks for your question! After the deal is over, it is unfortunately not possible to upgrade directly via AppSumo. However, if you eventually need more signatures, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will look for the best possible solution for you.
Does NewOldStamp currently offer true server-side email signatures for Microsoft 365 (via Exchange transport rules)? We send many emails directly from within our CRM systems and support tools. These tools send via Microsoft Graph API or server-side methods, so the client-side Outlook Add-in isn’t triggered and the signature isn’t added automatically. This is why we use Exclaimer now. If it’s not available yet — is server-side support planned for the future? Thanks!

A: Hi AndreL, thanks for your question!
Yes, we do offer integration via transport rules, so the signature will be applied to the email directly on the server, if the email is sent from a specific email address (regardless of the email client and device). This integration is available starting from Tier 4.
For more information, please feel free to see our Knowledge base via the link below, or...
Thanks for quick reply. I have a follow-up question. What happens if a user already has the Outlook Add-in / plug-in active and it automatically adds a signature client-side? Will the server-side signature still be added (→ double signature) or does the rule skip/replace if a signature is already present? Thanks!
If there is a plug-in for the signatures, unfortunately, the server-side integration can't override it, so it will result in a double signature. We recommend disabling the add-in in this case.
My complaint about every platform like this is it's usally an either/or: headshot or business logo - which is a mind blowing thing for me. I use MySignature IO currently and they finally enable this - poorly - and only on 2 templates but the text layout stinks. Tried the free plan and see you also have this head scratching issue. Is this on your road map (or radar) for the future? It's a deal breaker for me even on a LTD, but if it were coming soon, I'd consider. TY.

A: Hi Craigknox, thanks for your question!
While our team considers adding templates with 2 images, it is not yet settled in our roadmap, so unfortunately, we can't promise it will be available soon.
We do, however, have a banner section, so you can add another image to the signature. You can also add additional images through the Custom HTML section.
Q: Can we use this for more than one brand and question about Microsoft Ingetration
1. Can I use this for both our own company as well as for clients? 2. Is Tier 3 the only way to use this for Microsoft Outlook?

A: Hi Kemoso, thanks for your questions!
1. Multiple Domains & Brands: Yes, you can definitely manage multiple brands within one account. The best way to do this is by creating different Departments for each brand. You can also invite additional Admins and limit their access to specific departments if you'd like to delegate management.
2. Outlook Usage: You can use Newoldstamp signatures with...

Sounds good, as I can't upgrade now but would like to later. P.S. Are there any plans to integrate with email tools other than Gmail and Outlook?
