Great CRM Solution. Question. How do you designate a Sales Tax to calculate a precentage value? I seem to be only able the designate a fixed value. I see a refence to (percentage) but I cannot figure out how to implement it. Many Thanks (Delighted with what I can achieve so far)

Hi, Thanks for reply. Its when I am creating an invoice linked to a client. I just want to collect a deposit payment. It sounds like there are different pathway to create an invoice based on what you asked? Thanks
Yes many pathways. Just checking: Are you trying to automate is via workflows? Just trying to figure out the exact way you would do this in a day to day basis, I can then share a loom video here on how to accomplish it :)
Please, Its really the setting up of the VAT (in my Case). I feet there are three data fields to be filled out, but I only see Two. So I am presuming its a master setting that I need to define first and then customise later. Would appreciate a loom many thanks
Is there any support for additional email addresses for contacts? Not seeing that this platform supports this. We have a number of contacts who have both a personal and a business email address. How can we add an additional email address?

A: For this you can create a custom field as business email, personal email and add this in.
1) You can do that via: Workspace Settings > Custom Fields 2) Then in Workspace Settings > Customize Views > Customize UI you can customize where that field appears
Of course yes. You can also configure where this field appears. For example do you need this to show up when you add a new contact, etc. You can run automations using this field too
This isn't perfect, but its doable. I added the field to the contact page & the form to add new contacts.. I noticed that neither the default email field nor the new custom email field validates the email entered is a valid email address format. So, I am going to have to count on my team to be super diligent as the system lacks even basic format validations. Hoping that this is on your roadmap.
If I create an email from the contact page, the default email is in the "To" field, but I have to copy & paste the "Email 2" address content as the system doesn't "detect" the other email address. Hubspot supports additional email addresses in this way. Hopefully this is on your product roadmap.

No I see both on Tier 1. 5000 near the top (when clicking on view plan details) The second is near the bottom with a green check marked for unlimited. It says unlimited deals and tasks.

I don't see explicit documentation of your bounce handling. Specifically I want to know:
- How does NinjaPipe handle hard bounces vs. soft bounces — are they treated differently? - Can bounce flags be manually cleared, & is that a self-service function or does it require a paid tier? - How does an unsubscribe from a marketing email affect your ability to send that contact a 1:1 transactional or...
I can't WAIT! The inability of being able to verify & clear these "false blocks" has created an entire manual process for us whereby we maintain a list of the "false blocks" & when sending out marketing emails we have to send these emails out one by one via Gmail. (interestingly through the Gmail integration, these emails are logged & tracked in Hubspot.. SMH)

Hmm 5k is on T1. That might be a mistake on the Sumo copy, will rectify that
