Notch is highly praised for its intuitive design, powerful document creation, and efficient contract management. The platform's clean interface and PDF export feature are also well-received. However, some users have encountered issues with the undo function and table properties. Despite these minor drawbacks, Notch's overall rating of 4.4 and positive customer feedback make it a solid buy, especially with the 60-day money-back guarantee. Give it a try and see for yourself!

Abandoned. No support.

What started out as bad support slipped very quickly to no support at all. Completely ignored emails, as other reviews have stated. Homepage had inconsistent pricing listed and a non-functioning “book a meeting” link; lazy mistakes. The pricing errors weren’t corrected for months, depsite me emailing them to draw attention to it, which suggests they weren’t even reading emails sent to support. I eventually wrote to one of their backers, which likely precipitated the eventual well-overdue correction. No efforts were made at marketing whatsoever. Lots could have been done at low-to-no cost to improve chances of uptake and retention. Seems like Notch was abandoned long ago, despite the product still being offered for subscription. Raises questions around directors’ responsibilities and what the pre-seed of 1.1 million Euros was being spent on. Showed promise as a product and idea, but incompetently executed. Don’t touch anything by this team going forward. Sadly, a total waste of money.

I needed this....but

⭐ Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (Promising, but ultimately abandoned)

If you can’t already tell from the other reviews, this product has unfortunately been abandoned. I have no idea what happened — the last update was in December 2024, when they promised a new editor. And honestly, a new editor was badly needed. That was one of the biggest pain points.

When it worked, the platform was neat, professional, and genuinely useful. I actually used it with several clients, and they found it helpful. It wasn’t perfect — it needed quite a few extra features — but it got the job done.

The problem was the editor. It was clunky and frustrating to work with. I even tried to make it work with Notion, but it just didn’t click. I shared some customer feedback, and although there was a bit of response at first, it eventually just went silent.

That silence is what hurts the most. The service is technically still running, but there’s no communication. No updates. No emails. No acknowledgment. It feels like money thrown out the window.

I really wanted this to succeed, and it’s disappointing that it ended with nothing but silence. A simple update or message would’ve gone a long way.

Support Non Existent; Broken Features.

I have had issues downloading a PDF version and I’ve been trying to email support for over a month multiple times with no response. This project is dead and we should be refunded for our money at the fact that there’s zero support for this. The ownership should be ashamed of themselves.

Bankrupt project

Notch has provided me the hands down worst customer experience with any product. And the reason is that they simply won't reply, no matter what. I tried for months in various channels, even finally on LinkedIn, and got nothing but stonewalling.

Their product is absolute garbage, a readymade codebase wrapped into a half baked proposal tool, that does not have ANY version control. That means if you make a mistake in the editing, all your work is permanently gone.

This happened with my company, where due to their editing bug we lost a full workday for a 10K€ project proposal. Even worse, this proposal had been sent as a link (how Notch intends), so the content of the proposal was lost for the prospect as well.

When checking online about the team, it also seems that they are running out of money, and are desperately looking for additional funding. So the team is broke, and that's why there likely won't be any notable feature upgrades.

All in all, I would advice HIGHLY to stay as far away as possible from this product and their team.
