My Olly is creating posts in a language I cannot decipher. Is it possible to post in English? What's up with that? Here's an example of what I'm getting - this was the third output in a language other than English. It makes the tool soundly useless. Please fix!

Hello, I have multiple accounts that I manage. I use different tons of voice on those accounts. Can I manage it from the first tier with only one user ? Or do I need to get multiple users to manage each brand voice ? Thanks in advance
