1) Are comments now available on social media platforms as indicated on your official website: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok?
2) Are automatic comments also available on all these platforms?
3) What does "automatic" mean? Can I set it up in the settings, for example, and then it posts without my intervention? If I go on vacation for a week without internet and come back to social media, will I see all the comments posted?
4) When you add automatic comments, can I set only one comment per post, or does the system always generate comments endlessly? When does it stop?
5) Do automatic comments include writing the initial post or just comments on user replies?
6) How does it differ from Replient.ai on Appsumo? It seems very similar.
7) When I connect my LLM API, can I monitor my credit usage from your app?

I joined a Facebook group with about 20 posts a day from its members. I want to comment on all of them, but I'm unsure if Olly can handle this. I'll be commenting from my personal Facebook account. Thanks.

I don't have X, Reddit, LinkedIn etc accounts but I have 3 Instagram accounts. One for my freelancer biz, one for my coaching biz and one for my interest in cooking/recipes. Can I link all 3 IG accounts on Plan 1?

I have installed everything as guided. In the same chrome browser, the comments work for Reddit. However, the comments dont work on Linkedin.

How does one raise a support ticket like this? I could not find any option to raise a support ticket in my account.

I don't see any updates since 2024 and not a lot of action happening here. Are you guys still updating this one? If so, how many credits are included in each tier? I know I can byok for open AI but you've mentioned your olly credits for auto posting. How many of those are included in each tier if any?

For byok - is it only the open ai keys or can we bring grok/claude/etc.?
