I want to confirm if you allow RTMP in and out on this Appsumo account. Meaning, I have an Atem as well as Rode video switcher that I can type in the RTMP destination (Omnistream, Restream, etc) and the platform sees it as an "incoming" camera source.
I also have a Panasonic HC-x2 camera that can use my wifi (no cables) and stream directly to an RTMP code.
I want to make sure my RTMP can be a source and a destination
I m interested on streaming using my mobile and invite guests to the stream. In the listing of tier 2 mentions guests invitations but there are not limits set for this functionality, so I assumed that within tier 2 plan I can invite guests. However reading the question section looks like the guests invitation are limited. Can you clarify any limits please? My aim is to have 3 guests each stream. Would this be included in tier 2?

A: Happy to clarify.
Guest invitations are limited. They are not unlimited per stream, and they are not tied to a specific stream. A guest invitation is a temporary license that allows a guest to use the app and go live.
With a Corporate plan (which Tier 2 upgrades to on AppSumo), you receive 10 guest invitations as a free trial. Each guest invitation is one-time use. Once used, it is consumed....
Thanks for your reply however I realised is not the right product for me as I need for a weekly podcast with different guest so I will stick with Streamyard. But thanks anyway
1. Do you perform automated analysis on streamed/uploaded video/audio (e.g., face/body features, voice characteristics, speech-to-text)? If yes, what’s the lawful basis and can EU users opt out?
2. Where is EU/EEA user data stored/processed, and which key subprocessors do you use? For any non-EU/EEA transfers, do you rely on SCCs (or another mechanism)?
3. What are the retention periods for (a) content, (b) derived/inferred data (profiles), and (c) logs/analytics?

A: Thanks for the detailed GDPR questions — these are important topics.
For accurate and up-to-date information regarding data processing, storage locations, subprocessors, retention periods, and GDPR compliance, we recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, where all of this is documented in detail.

It's good to have open conversation. I reviewed the terms, but I can’t find the specifics I asked for (countries/storage locations, subprocessor list, or concrete retention periods). Do EU users have an opt-out from any automated analysis of video/audio (e.g., face/body features, voice/speech-to-text), and what lawful basis do you rely on?
Q: Remote Sports Production Workflow with Omnistream
Hi Omnistream Team,
I'm evaluating Omnistream for a multi-venue sports broadcasting project using smartphones, and I would like to confirm the feasibility of our workflow:
1. Sending signals from multiple gyms via SRT to a remote producer (Home Office) using OBS/vMix. Is ultra-low latency guaranteed for real-time production?
2. We'll have a custom "live score" web-app to overlay a scoreboard...

A: Hi,
Thanks for the detailed questions — this is a solid and realistic workflow. I’ll go through each point and clarify what Omnistream can and cannot guarantee today.
Sending SRT feeds from multiple gyms to a remote producer using OBS or vMix is supported. Omnistream can deliver low-latency SRT, suitable for remote production, but it’s important to set expectations: ultra-low latency cannot...
I can use a app moblin to send a srt feed on any omini channel? (have any external ingest on tier 2, 3...?) or need use a app. This app is ok, funcional, but a Mobin have a lot more resources.

A: At the moment, Omnistream is designed to originate the stream from the Omnistream mobile app (Android / iOS). We do not support external SRT ingest from third-party apps like Moblin into Omnistream channels.
So to clarify: 1. You cannot send an SRT feed from Moblin into Omnistream as an input source 2. Omnistream is used as the capture + encoder, not as an ingest receiver 3. External apps with...

If you have a DPA/SCC package, a link is fine.
