1. Links & Domains: You can create multiple links under one account, and for each link, you have the option to set up its own custom domain.
2. Sub-accounts: Depending on your plan, you can add several sub-accounts. These are great for teamwork, as you can assign a sub-account to manage one or even a few different links.

Currently, we offer integration for WhatsApp, though Telegram is not yet supported.

Q: I'm confused by the distinction between AI Messages /mo and Monthly Active Users
Am I correct in assuming that once a bot has generated 5000 responses (using tier 4 for example AND assuming only one message per user) your platform essentially reverts to a standard AI-less 'messages aggregator' for the other 70,000 monthly active users? I guess I don't understand the large gap between these values. Thank you for your time 🙂

Thanks for the detailed response! Can I confirm that the AI Message are accrued individually, not 'per person'? So, for example, if users are chatty and asked a heap of questions (say a 20 prompt conversation) this would use 20 of the 5000 AI messages, but only 1 of the MAU, correct? So the AI compatablity would accommodate for only 250 people of the 70,000 (if they're all this chatty)? Thanks :]
You've got it exactly right. Since AI messages consume tokens, we have to implement these limits to manage operational costs. However, you can bypass this free message cap by using the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) option. Once configured in our backend, the limit will be removed.
