You will get a separate limit for Uptime monitoring and Server Monitoring. Meaning you can monitor up to 100 uptime monitoring AND up to 100 servers with only 1 code.
RUM will be limited by amount of visitors and not on amount of websites. The limits are not 100% defined yet, we are still experimenting. Heatmaps will be a monthly limit, but this is still far ahead - it won't be included...

No we do not have visual detection, however, we have keyword monitoring (which can be validated against web pages if a word is included or not).
