I can confirm that we are actively working on this! At the moment, the current dashboard only receives patches and bug fixes. New features are being developed on v2 - which we recently shared an update via AppSumo - it will be live in June!
The landing page has not been updated recently, but we are still actively working on this. We are currently working on a complete revamp for the v2. This is taking us slightly longer but we'll be sharing additional information soon on our platform!
PingSuite is cloud based, meaning you won't have to manage the servers. On top of that, we offer multiple monitoring locations, which you'll have to pay for if you use a self-hosted/open source solution.
The fact that there is no comment on a question posted on Jan 10th and today is March 1st, gives you an idea of how interested the owners of this app are on succeeding with their product.
We're definitely still interested in offering PingSuite to our customers - however, we do agree that this is taking us longer than expected. We've deployed v2 this week and have started migrating users - however, we should have a final release very soon. We'll do our best to make it up to our customers.
