I don't want to repeat what other five-tacos reviewers already wrote.
But I have to say that Naz & Qazi –and the whole team they built– rock! And I love their mindset!
I got a terrific onboarding call this week with Amaanath. He met me where I was (I had created my first board and started messing around and breaking things), took the time to understand my business and my challenges, then guided me to have a complete first workflow, while providing great tips and helping me troubleshoot what was annoying me.
They nailed it product-wise AND customer experience-wise. "Customer success" is not a buzz-word or just a job title at Poppy's. They really and genuinely mean it.
They have the ADN of companies that stay in business for very long. This is the way!

I've been using Poppy AI for several years now through a monthly subscription. There is so much to love about Poppy! In particular, as a university sociology instructor for 23 years, I can evaluate multiple journals or term papers by visually syncing them to the chat along with a complex rubric prompt, which covers: 1) complexity of thinking; 2) increasing knowledge and application of the topic or subdiscipline under study; 3) intellectual curiosity; 4) noiseless (clean and professional) communication; 5) avoidance of propaganda-like disinformation (groundless opinion). The same workflow applies to literature reviews: gathering multiple sources (or groups of sources such as academic peer-reviewed journals, websites, blogs, videos, etc.), syncing them and a "super" rubric prompt to the Poppy chat, which coordinates and directs the analysis and outputs. All of which can quickly produce a rough draft of a literature review as the basis for further polishing. Given the whiteboard experience, it's easy to sync/unsync documents as needed to evaluate, or use as analytic resources, and move them to areas indicating "current use," "someday maybe," "done with for now," etc., similar to a Kanban layout. So... when I saw the deal on Appsumo, I knew I had to take the plunge. The onboarding experience with Mohamed Elsharif was fabulous! Mo went far out of his way to help me upgrade my current account and also gave me some interesting tips I hadn't yet discovered. If you're interested in GenAI solutions, Poppy AI is worth your very serious consideration!

Such an incredible tool with so much potential. Even after getting used to it, I feel like I'm only stretching the surface. Definitely excited to see how this evolves and how can push the limit and be a better creator.

I just purchase Poppy AI recently. There is an orientation session to help you get the hang of the platform, and I have to say it is well worth it! Not only was Daniel super kind and helpful, it made it very clear how to use the tools within - at a pace that doesn't make your head spin!! Very excited to dive into Poppy more, thanks Daniel!

I've been a Poppy user for about eight months now, and it has been one of the tools that I use daily. I love technology and have a lot of tools that I subscribe to, but this was one that I use consistently. My phone rang from one of the staff members at Poppy. They reached out and encouraged me to really make use of this program and offered an onboarding call.

Omar was my onboarding specialist and did a phenomenal job! He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and personable in helping me problem-solve and use the tool simultaneously. He took time to get to know my business and my social accounts so that the answers to my questions were very specific to my needs. It was a really great one-on-one session. Thanks Omar!

Poppy is always continuing to improve, and not only that, they have a great community and truly strive for having their users make the most of the program. Olivia has done a great job facilitating different events and challenges. I recently did a life five-day challenge inside the community. Not only was it motivating and helpful information and actionable... But the people that Poppy draws into their community are authentic, kind, and there to help support each other. It felt like a very safe place to learn and grow.

I highly recommend Poppy, you won't be disappointed!
