You can definitely import markdown, but you would need to copy paste each file contents. I can understand this is a tedious task, but typically it goes quite fast - 10-20 seconds per article.
I bought 1 code and want to upgrade to tier 5, but how? Just buying 4 more codes? What if I buy 5 more codes plus th eone I already own? Does this stack somehow to a not visible tier6? What conditions would this tier6 hold?

A: Hey,
Yes you can purchase the additional codes and add them to your existing project under account. Then it will stack to max 5. There is no tier 6 but you could create a new account and stack there 5 codes if you want.
I need to handle 5 different products in 3 different brands. Is this possible? How do I create a new project with its own cname, roadmap, wishlist etc?
I saw only one main project after testing it.

A project is essentially a custom domain or portal that represents one product or brand. Each project is its own environment—with unique branding, settings, and URL—where you can host unlimited roadmaps, changelogs, feedback boards (like upvoting), and more. What do you mean by that? I buy one code and can register multiple accounts to every account has its own portal? Because I dont want to add tabs or mix business A with business B in one place (portal).
So, tier1 with 2 projects means I can register on productlift 2 times same code?
Exactly. And each project is completely separate so you can even reuse the same email and password for your admin accounts. So there is no mix between projects.

Glad to hear you like the solution so much, you want more! While we don’t have additional tiers to go unlimited, you are free to purchase the max tier on a second account. That way you can create client projects on the second license too.
Q: Clarification on Custom AppSumo Plan Features and Updates
I would like to clarify a few details about the Custom AppSumo plan:
Is there a risk that the tool could become outdated or less up-to-date compared to the plans sold outside of AppSumo? I’ve had negative experiences with this before.
Does the plan include a knowledge base feature?

No there is no risk on that, we sell the same plans in both deals. Also the deal is active for multiple years now and we consider it a strategic investment.
