Q: Purchase 1 code to Remove "by ProductLift" banner
I notice if you buy three codes it says Remove "by ProductLift" banner. Does 1 code do this also? And if I buy direct from your website at full price for 1 do you get any extras not included here?

A: Hi, thanks for your question!
The "Remove 'by ProductLift' banner" perk is listed starting from the 3-code tier, so a single code does keep the branding visible. If white-labeling matters to you, stacking to 3 codes is the way to go.
As for buying direct, the AppSumo deal is actually the better value for what's included. Purchasing directly gets you a standard recurring subscription rather...
When you say each project is a separate custom domain, does that mean I have to purchase a separate domain name for every project such as: MyProject01.com, MyProject02.com, etc.?

A: Hi Dmon,
Thanks for your question. No need to purchase a domain if you don't have it, you can use your domain like: YOURNAME.productlift.dev
For your existing domains you can connect them to ProductLift or purchase a single domain and use something like project1.YOURDOMAIN.com, project2.YOURDOMAIN.com
Hi Ruben, I love your product and I got the highest tier after testing it.
I see you have additional apps and was wondering if there will be an extension to the https://appsumo.com/products/boei-plus-exclusive/ . Somehow I missed that deal :(

A: Hey,
Thanks for your question. Great to hear you like the products :) There is no extension planned on the Boei deal. You can try the product for 7 days and if you like it you can go for a subscription. We also have an agency plan. You can contact us on [email protected]
We've been using user back for the last 3 years, have thousands of bug reports and feature requests. Would we be able to migrate from Userback to ProductLift without losing previously submitted ideas/requests?

A: Hi Justin,
Thanks for your message. ProductLift supports extensive ways to import data, such as user data and posts. So this should be possible assuming Userback allows to export the data from their end. You could also use something like Pabbly Connect to move items if that is easier.
Hello, if a user want to give feedback about the service (in his own words), is there a way where he/she can also choose the rating in stars ? For example, if he/she wants to give feedback about a public toilet in a building , he/she can give 3 stars with comment "the faucet tab broken, no water".
Also, in the backend, admin can see the dashboard, analytic and graph of for all feedbacks by date,...

A: Hey, Thanks for your question!
We currently donāt offer a star-rating style feedback flow like that. The reason is that ProductLiftās philosophy is a bit different. What you describe is possible with tools like Typeform or similar, but it also becomes quite broad ā and usually puts a lot of manual work on your side to aggregate, filter, and make sense of everything.
