Q: Clarification on Custom AppSumo Plan Features and Updates

I would like to clarify a few details about the Custom AppSumo plan:

Is there a risk that the tool could become outdated or less up-to-date compared to the plans sold outside of AppSumo? I’ve had negative experiences with this before.

Does the plan include a knowledge base feature?

No there is no risk on that, we sell the same plans in both deals. Also the deal is active for multiple years now and we consider it a strategic investment.

Yes the plan includes the knowledge base, although we have not yet listed that here :)

Hi there! How do I implement SSO for a Wordpress site? Do I just add a snippet of code to the homepage?

Q: Can you add ProductLift's logo to FontAwesome so that I can link to it in my footer?

I realize I can manually input the ProductLift logo and link to it from my footer, but I just prefer the uniformity of having my site's socials organized in FontAwesome.

Can you provide them with an SVG of ProductLift's logo? I'd love to be able to link to my ProductLift page through their site.

Q: Question about User Data Transfer and Subscription Status in Feedback Integration

If I have an app that offers a subscription or a Pro version, can I, when linking to the ProductLift Feedbackboard website from within the app, directly transfer information about whether they are a Pro user or not? The purpose would be to distinguish which feedback is being supported by Pro users versus Free-tier users.

Alternatively, if this direct data transfer is not possible, can users log into the feedback board with the same credentials they use for my app, so that their subscription status is recognized and the relevant information is transferred that way?

And if both currently doesn’t work, is this being implemented in the near future?

Hi. Whenever I tried to create a new portal, a error message appears. But if I come back to the login, several portals with the same name are created. How I can delete the repetited portals?. As well, the settings and the custom domain options, are not working.
