i hardly use it since bought but the 3-4 times i used it after purchase it shows eleven labs voices now you saying its never part of ltd then why you make them available for us it give us an impression that i am getting the elevenlabs voices otherwise i refunded the product that time . I request you to kindly add them back or refund us.

A: The $9.99 business plan was exclusively discounted for Lifetime users. The regular plan is $39.99.
Lifetime deal did include unlimited animated videos, just not third party services like 11labs over which we don’t have control.
That said recently we had to limit some generations to about 40 per day, because of abuse of our lifetime deall where accounts were traded and used by multiple people....
I have create a article of 3500 which is approx 4 minutes reading. But the Pupperty Web version is taking long time to generate.. Its almost reaching 2 hours and the video is still not generated. Does this Puppertry System Work? If it does not work in the next 1 hour (total 3 hours) then I will have to give my review on it for sure and certainly cannot rely on this tool

A: There are times when our queue gets overloaded with the volume of generations. We did have a couple of outages where the system kept retrying generations and caused cascading failures. These problems are fixed now.
Is this product still supported? I notice new features being introduced, but many of them require additional premium upgrades that are not part of my current AppSumo plan. Additionally, the rendering process takes an incredibly long time for just a single video to be generated. While the platform has great potential, several factors make me question whether I should continue to invest my time in
