A: Hi Therre,
At the moment, Instagram’s API doesn’t support adding songs to carousel posts, so it isn’t possible to do this through RobinReach (or any other third-party tool).
If Instagram adds this feature in the future, we’ll absolutely prioritize supporting it on our side.

Is the support email working? Ive been sending emails to support@robinreach.com for almost two weeks with a CSV problem I've been having and I'm not getting any respond other than my initial respond. How can I get support on this application?

Yes, our support email is working, but we clearly missed your follow-ups that’s on us. The team is actively investigating the CSV issue to understand why the system isn’t parsing your file correctly.
Just to note: it’s the weekend, so our dev team isn’t at full capacity right now, but this is already on their priority...
