A: Hi jojogo,
Yes, Sayify includes an eSignature question type. You can add it to your intake forms to collect a signature as part of the submission, along with other response types like text, file upload, voice, video, and more.
For highly regulated or legally complex signing workflows, we still recommend checking your specific compliance requirements and let us know.

While going through the documentation, I realized that CNAME or custom domain is on its way but hasn't been set up yet. However, I think SMTP is even more important, at least for me.

So, based on your email response, I'm assuming once you verify our domain, you'd be sending emails using our domain, almost like sending as a type of email. No SMTP details need to be added. Is that what you are saying? I would have thought having SMTP details would be in your advantage!
