This whole thing comes across as a really shady move on your previous purchasers who bought one thing and are now getting a nerfed application and plan. Sad.

A: Hi,
No, there is nothing suspicious or unusual about this.
The previous credit-based system has simply been replaced with a 5,000-page limit. There is no need for this limit to reset monthly because it is not a monthly credit allowance and does not get consumed in the same way.
You can add any project as long as the website has fewer than 5,000 pages. You can also start an analysis whenever...

A: Hi,
This is a monthly limit per project, and it resets at the beginning of each month.
For each new project, you can generate up to 100 reports per month. The 100-report allowance is provided separately for each project and renews every month.
