Q: Quota page?
Hi there. Loving the flexibility so far.
1. Noticed this may not align with the deal.
We bought tier 5 to try it out but what is this?
There's restrictions in quota account page some items restrict more than the deal.
Please advise...
Usage quota [Beta]
This is the usage quota list for your shop. You can increase these limits by upgrading your shop's license. If you exceed the limits, you can request additional daily quota allowances from us. All usage will reset daily.
=> Tier 5 we already have Enterprise so upgrade to what more?

The “usage quota” is NOT a paid feature limitation and it is NOT related to LTD vs non-LTD plans.
You can still have unlimited products, categories, customers, orders, etc. based on your plan features.
These quotas are simply technical safety limits designed to protect your store performance and the overall platform stability. For example, we do not allow scenarios like adding millions of products in a single day, running broken automation loops, or generating massive abnormal API traffic that could slow down the shop backend or infrastructure.
So this is more similar to infrastructure protection and rate limiting, not feature locking.
For normal business usage, most users never even notice these limits. If at some point your business operation naturally grows to a level where you need higher daily processing capacity, just contact us and we will happily adjust it for your use case 👍
The goal here is actually the opposite of restricting users 🙂
Since the entire business operation runs on Selldone, we have a responsibility to keep stores fast, stable, and secure for everyone on the platform.
We do not earn anything by limiting technical abuse cases. These safeguards are purely there to protect your own system and infrastructure reliability 👍

Alireza you didn't answer this question. What is the "usage quota list" for a shop? What do you mean by "resonable limits"?
Yes the question was glossed over a bit. I would like clarification why we would ask for limits to be raised if some of the items in the plans are being sold as unlimited already, whereas some of their daily quota line items do not align. Seems a waste of their support and waste of our time for everyone if we have to ask for things to be ‘unlocked’ we already bought as unlimited?
