What does "Listing" mean?

Can you please explain properly. When I think of listings, I think of listing multiple products. However, it would shock me if you could only sell one product on Tier 1 and Tier 2.

I understand what "Marketplace builder" means, based on my understanding, its creating something similar to a store where you let others create an account and sell under their profile, like Amazon, and you take a cut. Correct me if I got it wrong.

However, "Listing" is not making sense to me.
