The short version: I purchased Tier 5 and redeemed the code on a completely new SemDash account. The dashboard acknowledges me as an AppSumo Tier 5 customer, but zero credits were provisioned. No trial credits, no plan credits, nothing. Every action I try to take is blocked by an empty balance.

Support timeline so far:
- Day 1: Ticket opened describing the issue.
- Day ~3: First reply, asking for my invoice. Sent immediately.
- Day 7: Still waiting. No acknowledgement, no ETA, no fix.

That's a week of owning a product I have never been able to open. The failure here is twofold: 1- The redemption flow didn't provision the benefits automatically like it was supposed to
2- The support process is too slow to catch it.

I'm giving one star because a lifetime deal is a bet on the company being around and responsive for the long term, and my first week has given me no reason to make that bet. I'm currently deciding whether to request a refund through AppSumo rather than keep waiting.

If this gets resolved I'll gladly revisit and re-rate. Until then, buyers should know that redemption is not guaranteed to work and that support response times are measured in days, not hours.

My Tier was never activated on the SEMDash account. I contacted their team multiple times and didn't receive a response. Nice tool, poor execution! Big disappointment.

After the purchase, the license was not automatically activated on the newly created account. Technical support Semdash does not respond to tickets regarding this problem.

1. When you make changes to the Sort By feature, that setup instantly changes the Sort By order & will charge you 25 credits. All other filter sections allow you to complete your setup and then hit the Apply Filter button to process your request when you are ready.

2. The Exclude Keyword filter should exclude the keywords you have added to that section; however, it does not. 25 credits are charged for almost every output, and this filter has continuously failed. Causing a waste of credits on keywords that should have been excluded from the final output.

3. I have emailed support 3 times. I have not received any response, credit, or assistance.

I've sent support at least 10-15 support emails about activating my appsumo deal account but they all got ignored. It's a shame I have to resort to leaving a bad review just to get someone's attention.

Update: my account is now active. It took several emails but support ultimately resolved it, so I’m happy with the product so far.
