The app is great but the credits are too expensive for me to use it. Every click costs 25 credits. It's too bad because I like it a lot but I have to move on. I can't do any useful research with the tool.

I'm unsure how credit usage is calculated.
They seem to disappear sometimes, and I'm unsure how credit usage is calculated. My account credits were at 4,000 on Plan 2, but suddenly it dropped to 200 credits. I've already contacted them about this and waiting.

does not honour agreements
Semdash was using credits here there and everywhere
I submitted some videos to dev to help trouble shoot
they kindly said they would give my plan an upgrade
they upgraded the account but a week later the upgrade had disappeared again.
the review reply is false, the dev specifically told me that he upgraded my plan to tier 3
this is cut and paste from the email "I've upgraded your account to lifetime tier 3 with 10K credits "
lifetime it said not temporary.
and when the refund date was past the upgrade disappeared
I would have refunded
so double untrustworthyness
