SendFox is appreciated for its affordability, user-friendly interface, and efficient email delivery. Some minor drawbacks include limited integrations and basic email templates. Despite these, with an overall rating of 3.8 and positive customer feedback, it's worth giving SendFox a try, especially with the 60-day money-back guarantee.

Very Unhappy

I purchased the Tier 2 license on October 27 for my uncle's business because I do all his email marketing. I have been unable to use the product because the verification email will not come through. I have reached out to support multiple times with ZERO response. So I have a product I paid for that I can't use and crappy customer service. Do not recommend.

Stuck on Warming Forever.

The email subscription confirmation got stuck in the warming process indefinitely.
I waited a whole month, but it never worked. I couldn’t send a single email despite paying $49.

Support never responds, only sending an automated FAQ reply claiming warming takes 24 hours, which clearly isn’t true.

Don’t buy this; it’s a scam.

Do not Recommend. Just find another Tool

I purchased this deal many years ago and never used it until this year when I got into self publishing.

I was aware that Sendfox was a minimalist, stripped down to only the essentials sort of email tool and i was okay with that.

I couldn't create email templates so that I don't have to start from scratch without upgrading to the Empire plan, weird but okay, but the double optin feature was the last straw.

Suppose you use another tool for lead Gen, a tool that already does email confirmation (in the case for me it was bookfunnel) and you connect to Sendfox via API, despite the leads already consenting to joining your email list in exchange for the lead magnet, despite Book funnels own confirmation email sent, unless they click on the Sendfox confirmation email (the 3rd opt-in at this point) i will not be able to email them. Keeping in mind that at this stage the leads have already downloaded the lead magnet.

The only way to turn off double opt-in, ia you guessed it... Upgrading to the empire plan. At this point you might as well just give that money to another tool that will give you full design functionality, opt-in configuration and full customization features.

Why bother with a tool that puts basic features behind a pay wall rather than adding value add for customers that they can monetize in the empire plan.

I've begun migrating to Mailerlite, if I'm going to pay for a tool, I might as well get the full suite.

I am APPSUMO FAN BUT THIS IS NOT MAKING ME HAPPY!

I love AppSumo, but I am really not happy with SendFox. (laughs) It might be user error, I'm not 100% sure, but reading some of the comments, feel like it might not be. Um, I'm having an issue with importing lists and not being able to send out... I have an email, I've just imported, like, a small test list of like 2,000 people, and there's only, like, two emails going out every time I send it. So not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it's a SendFox thing, uh, but I would love to have some help, and that is all. But I do love AppSumo, just this app is a little on the sad side.
