Feels Like a Fraud to Earlier Lifetime Customers

I had purchased SendFox Tier 5 earlier for around $245, which included 25,000 contacts. I also earned an extra 2,000 contacts by completing a few tasks, giving me a total of 27,000 contacts.

The main reason I bought the lifetime deal was that I understood I could upgrade to the Empire Add-on for $10 whenever I wanted to send emails using the HTML editor, remove SendFox branding, and continue using the platform. At that time, the monthly email sending limit for my lifetime plan was 999,999 emails.

Now, the pricing has completely changed. It starts at $29 per month for just 5,000 contacts, and if you need more contacts, you have to keep paying extra every month. The old lifetime tiers also seem to have disappeared.

If SendFox is still honoring the original lifetime deals, they should clearly show that information to existing customers. But based on the current pricing and the lack of clarity, it feels unfair to those of us who bought the deal earlier. As a previous customer, this honestly feels misleading and disappointing.

No Longer a Deal

Used to love Sendfox. Recommended it to many clients who purchased directly and a few who purchased through us. Minimal branding I'd be ok with but once paid it should be absolutely minimal. More importantly, having to pay a monthly subscription goes against everything AppSumo stands for - to remove branding and change double opt in. Very disappointed. (Lifetime equals MailChimp free now, just more contacts.)

not working now

I started using this product 2 months ago. I was impressed by the start campaigns it created however I created my newsletter in a different style. Since one day it's not working, I can not add images and my last newsletter was not even sent nor saved. I am quite in a shock, not having yet heard from them.
I wish the newsletter design will be more modern allowing boxes and images closer to printed magazines. I would appreciate to have more creative choice with that.
It would be nice if they implemented also a subscription affiliate partnerships among the magazines.

Confused but I was shocked later

I'm a pretty anxious person, so I gave this service several chances before committing. I even requested refunds twice because the results didn't meet my expectations.

Devastated my reach, without telling me

I had 2,300 self-subscribing contacts at the beginning of using this product. Guys who signed up, manually, voluntarily, for the CureCPPS.com emailing list.

I also spent $150 having an expert configure the back end of my domain so that SendFox could send without problems.

Recently I discovered that, about a year after switching to SendFox, they do some sort of "most likely to open" garbage to please Google. "We don't want to get flagged" they say.

Guess how many they sent my critical consultation emails to? Without telling me?

26 out of 2300.

For over a year, my reach, devastated. Why would I expect them to change up how it had worked before? I used to use MailChimp, and that WORKED, but you PAID for it.

I have an open rate that averages north of 50%. Or, I did.

Also, their support team disregarded my messages. They use mailgun and I can't log in.

I've been in business for six years and this might be the worst purchase I have made.
