Confused but I was shocked later
I'm a pretty anxious person, so I gave this service several chances before committing. I even requested refunds twice because the results didn't meet my expectations.
But I've come around — this is genuinely the best newsletter service out there for the price. It's straightforward, fair, and most importantly, it actually delivers emails. Highly recommend it.

Devastated my reach, without telling me
I had 2,300 self-subscribing contacts at the beginning of using this product. Guys who signed up, manually, voluntarily, for the CureCPPS.com emailing list.
I also spent $150 having an expert configure the back end of my domain so that SendFox could send without problems.
Recently I discovered that, about a year after switching to SendFox, they do some sort of "most likely to open" garbage to please Google. "We don't want to get flagged" they say.
Guess how many they sent my critical consultation emails to? Without telling me?

For over a year, my reach, devastated. Why would I expect them to change up how it had worked before? I used to use MailChimp, and that WORKED, but you PAID for it.
I have an open rate that averages north of 50%. Or, I did.
Also, their support team disregarded my messages. They use mailgun and I can't log in.
I've been in business for six years and this might be the worst purchase I have made.

Allow Transactional Emails Please
I got Tier 1 specifically to try the API integration. While the interface is clean, the API itself is far too restrictive for a complete setup. It currently lacks the hooks needed for basic transactional triggers like password resets, which makes it hard to use as a primary tool. I’d love to see the API expanded to handle these use cases; once that’s implemented, this would easily be a Max Tier product for me.

Should have been using this a long time ago
After years of using expensive ESPs, I decided in 2026 to invest in more LTD tools. I really like SendFox and appreciate the automation features and smart pages. While I wish they would add content boxes for increased functionality, allowing me to share more content and digital products, I am very happy with the Empire plan and the pop-up form that integrates seamlessly. I really appreciate the updates from the SendFox team! I especially like how it grades email subject lines. My emails now go to the primary inbox tab, instead of the promotions tab, which was a problem with my previous email tool. I also really like the login updates. I use ConvertBox for my email pop-ups, which is a great LTD that integrates well with SendFox, and I have no complaints. The automations are set up perfectly! If you are a blogger, freelancer, content creator, or podcaster, this tool is worth it.
