On Tier's 2 and 3 can we share a contract via link and use within an iframe on a website/other platform?
I note that T2 and T3 are aligned to 'Business Pro' but on your website it says that: Link: Available only in the Enterprise plan
If you could clarify.

A: Hi Matt,
Great question - and thanks for catching that.
For the AppSumo deal, we decided to include a few features that normally belong to our Enterprise plan. That’s why you’ll see a difference between our website and the AppSumo tiers.
Yes - sharing a contract via link is available in Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4.

Q: Technical API Question regarding "Full Branding" (Tier 4)
Hello Signify Team,
I am evaluating the Tier 4 license and its "Full Branding" feature. I have a key technical question about your API capabilities.
If I set up my global brand (my logo and colors) in the account settings, am I permanently locked into that brand for all API sends?
My question is: Does the API allow for dynamically overriding the global branding settings on a per-call...

A: Hi there, Thanks for your question!
1. At the moment, this isn’t possible. However, we’re planning to introduce team-level branding configuration next year. This will allow users to brand sub-companies separately if needed.
2. You can reset the branding to default, but switching branding per transaction isn’t supported. Could you share a bit more about your use case? We haven’t seen this need...
Q: Is this appropreatte for Vietnam. I don't know how to make it legally working here?

A: Hi there, thanks for the question! 🙌 Yes, electronic signatures are legally recognized in Vietnam and have the same enforceability as traditional “wet” signatures under the Law on E-Transactions (2005).
To give you the most accurate answer, could you tell me what type of documents you plan to use with Signify? That will help me explain exactly how it works for your needs.
In general, electronic signatures are fully legal in Vietnam under the Law on E-Transactions (2005). For most business documents like contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, supplier deals, invoices, or internal approvals you can use e-signatures safely, as long as both sides agree to sign digitally and the signer’s identity can be verified.
A few government-issued documents still require physical signatures or notarization, such as land ownership transfers, marriage certificates, or other official state records. For everyday business use, Signify works perfectly. And it’s not just for signing you can also manage, share, and track all your documents and team workflows in one place, keeping everything organized
Yes, it’s completely legal. For a Driver Training Contract, an electronic signature is valid as long as both parties agree to sign digitally and the signer’s identity can be verified, for example using our video identification.
Q: GDPR
Are you fully GDPR compliant?
Are the issued electronic signatures valid in the EU?

Q: Do you have Webhook, API and Pabbly Connect integration?
Ninuna
Nov 16, 2025A: Thanks for the question!
We currently support Webhooks and a full REST API, and we also integrate with Zapier for no-code automations.
Pabbly Connect is not supported at the moment. If this becomes a frequently requested integration, we’re happy to explore adding it to our roadmap.
This is our API Portal: https://portal.signifyapp.com/api-documentation
