Hi, am I understanding correctly that the key differences between License Tier 2 and 3 are: - Number of users ( 3 vs. 6) - Forms (none vs. 100) - Integration (none vs. Zapier, API) - Branding (none vs. limited) I'm asking this because the Business plan on your website is close to Tier 2 but without most of the Business Pro plan features. So I guess Tier 2 is in-between of Business plan and ...

A: Hi! You’re correct about the differences between Tier 2 and Tier 3. Regarding integrations (API, Zapier) in Tier 3, here are some common use cases: Automatically sending documents from your internal tools or CRM to clients or team members. Triggering workflows based on actions in other apps (e.g., when a new contract is created in your CRM, a Signify document is automatically sent for...

A: Recipient permissions are included in both Tier 3 and Tier 4, as well as our Business Pro and Enterprise plans. Since you're on Tier 3, you should definitely have access to this.
When you add recipients to a document, look to the right side of their role - there’s a small “Permissions” option, looking like check-box. Clicking it will let you choose what that person can do, such as downloading...

A: Hi!
The system interface (platform + signing page) is currently available only in English. However, you can fully customize the email or message your signers receive, including translating the wording into Italian or any other language.
Regarding multi-language support: We do plan to add full interface translations in the future, and we prioritize new languages based on customer demand.

A: Not currently.
After a document is sent, it can’t be edited mid-flow. If you need to make changes before anyone signs, you can recall the document and resend an updated version, either by copying the original or creating a new one.
After the document is sent, you can only edit recipients, their name, email or other workflow details. You cannot edit the file itself (docx/PDF that you uploaded) or fillable fields inside the file.
Is there any plan to add this? It's standard in Docusign. Being able to add docs or make changes, before the document has been signed by a party, is an integral feature for me now. Saves the time of having to create a new envelope. Should be easy enough to add: if {not_signed} allow, else {signed} disallow. PS I purchased Tier 4 but may have to consider a refund.
I understand your needs and makes perfect sense. It is something we definitely want to add. Cannot commit exactly when as there are other priorities in our backlog. The signing process is a bit complex component in our system, related to many other issues, unfortunately not as simple as it may seem :)
Q: Custom Domain / Link
Hi team, I'm happy to see that the branding for tier 4 is Full - with all the features mentioned in another comment.
My main question is is custom domain available? I'd like to be able to send my own branded domain links :)
