Q: Can you issue a Standard DPA (AVV) or provide a refund?

I purchased a Tier 3 Option, evaluated it but we would need a AVV/ DPA to be fully compliant regarding Art.28 GDPR. We couldnt get hold of anyone who understands GDPR regulations and does not reroute us to your policy page (its not the same!). Unfortunately the refund window has closed for us now. Is it possible for you to provide at least a Standard DPA so we can move ahead or is it possible to get a refund?

Q: Cannot use API

I tried to access API, but your website said I must be a user of enterprise plan. I bought Tier 4 with understanding that API is included. Please clarify as I may refund if this is not included. Thanks!

A: Hi, we do include API in Tier 4.

Q: CSV upload

Hi,
Can we upload the email and contacts in bulk by using CSV file?

A: Hi! Yes, you absolutely can.
To upload your contacts in bulk via CSV, just head to the Contacts section. In the top right corner, you’ll see a green '+ Contact' button. Click the small arrow on the right side of that button, and a dropdown will appear where you can select 'Upload contacts'. From there, you can just upload your file in.
