After everyone’s protest, they readjusted the credits.
They also clarified that the currently locked features are simply not fully developed yet.

But I found that my team management now only has 3 slots, and the previous members are gone, so I can no longer manage my team.

Please restore the number of team members' slots and bring back my missing team members.

Ok, they have now replied to our reviews.

Let this be a lesson to other developers to always keep people in the loop, even if you hit a rough patch or working behind the scenes and break something.

They have updated the plan. So my rating is now 3 stars:

✅ Full credits restored on every tier, at the highest level you've ever had
✅ API access for all plans, everyone now gets an API key
✅ Equal API credits across every tier, no exceptions

These changes are live now. Log in and your credits and API key will be waiting."

My Original Review at 1 star

I have another story to share to raise awareness about these AI tools. I hadn't used it for a while because its performance had declined, and upon checking now, I found that everything has changed without any announcements. I initially had 10,000 credits on tier 1, but now I only have 1,500.

Many new tools have been added, but they are now behind paywalls, requiring an upgrade to access them. I can no longer choose from different AI models as I could before.

Additionally, I previously had API access, which allowed me to use the tool, although it didn’t function very well. Now, that access is also locked behind a paywall. This situation is very disappointing for those who have invested in these services. Fortunately, I didn’t opt for the higher tiers; otherwise, I would feel even more disheartened right now.

I suggest that anyone considering an investment in a company focused on AI carefully evaluate what they can offer you. Skimming AI is another example of this issue. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Looks like they have been listening to their clients...and the tool is better than ever, doing exactly what I had once bought it for, and super fast as well!

Wanted to give Skimming AI another chance after a few months, but after uploading a 25 minute video (to ask it for thumbnail/title suggestions), it gives an error and asks for a GPT key.

That's not what the plan said when I bought it....

It says 120 hours of multimedia ie video can be uploaded per month. Not that I also need to pay for GPT to make use of the tool....

Disappointing to say the least. Feel robbed.

Don't use Discord for support, please. Leave customer a chance to connect with you. When I press "live support" I hit "Invitation invalid" on discord followed by a bunch of other discord errors.
After the last update I can't upload file due to an error so I got stuck with the tool. If not fixed quickly I'll have to back out from the deal because without uploading files it seems useless to me.

Nothing realy works the way it should. Not abel to achive any desired results. I am on Tier 4 and will not wait very long till asking for a refund. Also not happy with the Discord support. It's not an ideal platform for support in my opinion. I am Frustrated to say the least.
