Hi, I have smart clerk and it’s the end of the year it keeps kicking me out of the login. I can’t access it. There is a glitch and I need reports. Help!

A: Can you send an email to support@smartclerk.ai and we check it for you?
Also, once data is deleted is it really deleted? You are asking people to trust you with sensitive financial details including bank account details, spending habits, etc. privacy seems pretty important.

A: Per our policies, we never use your data to train our AI or any third-party models. Deleted data is removed from active systems and purged from encrypted backups on their scheduled expiry.
1. Does this do invoice creation with inventory and taxation? Yes or no? 2. Does direct bank download mean download or scanning in statements?

A: 1. Not yet, but it’s on our roadmap. For now, Smart Clerk focuses on processing and categorizing your existing invoices and statements.
2. Direct bank connections (US banks only for now) allows you to securely connect your bank account and automatically import your transaction data. That being said, you can also upload PDF statements (scanned or original digital copies) if you prefer.
