However, purchasing multiple SMS-iT CRM individual accounts for each of your GHL Agency Sub Accounts will be the best option, to give them separate dashboards in SMS-iT CRM, if they wish to login, and to also enable you to scale easily because of the limited credits in all our LTDs.
Q: If I have a previous tier, does the system let me to pay the difference to the higher tier or must I pay in full?,
For instance, does the system recognise that I already have a previous purchase, say Tier3 and allow me to pay the difference in price to get to the higher version, say Tier 4, or do I have to pay in full for the higher version ignoring the previously purchased tier? I cannot see a way of letting it know I have a version already. If I click to buy the higher tier it shows the full price of that tier, ignoring my previous tier.

Automations within the platform allows you to perform workflow tasks at all sections of the platform.
The LTD does not come with a special section named Campaigns, which is a workflow automation for messaging, that can email a contact and then follow up the next day and the following day before the next attempt and so on.

Confused?? is that not included.
Also on lot of the features it says incoming. and lot of the features that do not say upcoming just say upgrade your plan error. Not sure if there is an issue in my profile or the system

I'm wanting to get the Tier 4 plan to see what the AI looks like in the smart inbox, but I'm struggling to figure out what I'm getting for the money. It's very ambiguous. It looks like I'm mostly paying for potential. I wish it was more clear.

Can I use another third-party SMS gateway? Also, how do I connect or integrate it with my SIP gateway?

Does it support automatic UTF-8 decoding for any languages?
Q: Team and User Accounts - Unique Phone Numbers Each Possible? GHL Sub-Account Tie-In?
Can I assign unique phone numbers per team member or even teams? Also - can I tie those individual team member or team phone numbers to GHL sub-accounts?
Or do I have to buy multiple individual accounts through your App-Sumo offer, connect each one through telnyx, and then connect each account to a matching account in GHL. Is that do-able?

Dec 17, 2024A: With SMS-iT CRM, you can connect multiple numbers and connect them to different GHL Agency Sub Accounts, but the limited credits will be an issue to scale.
However, purchasing multiple SMS-iT CRM individual accounts for each of your GHL Agency Sub Accounts will be the best option, to give them separate dashboards in SMS-iT CRM, if they wish to login, and to also enable you to scale easily because of the limited credits in all our LTDs.

Q: If I have a previous tier, does the system let me to pay the difference to the higher tier or must I pay in full?,
For instance, does the system recognise that I already have a previous purchase, say Tier3 and allow me to pay the difference in price to get to the higher version, say Tier 4, or do I have to pay in full for the higher version ignoring the previously purchased tier? I cannot see a way of letting it know I have a version already. If I click to buy the higher tier it shows the full price of that tier, ignoring my previous tier.

I bought Tier 3 before. Can it be upgraded to the current top tier? If so how? Also, you used to offer website and funnel building. Is that still the case?
