Socialjuice Questions

I tried connecting with them many times but never received any response, so I'm wondering if SocialJuice have any kind of support or not.

I have been trying to reach you for the past few months regarding an urgent matter. I need to update the email address associated with my Social Juice account as soon as possible. The current email will be disabled shortly, and I am unable to update it myself through the account settings.

Is it possible to do guided video interviews questions like where you ask 3 - 4 individual questions with each having its own 1 -2 minute recorded answers?

Also, can you do one last year-end AppSumo run? I have 2 business friends who I’m sure would grab the deal if it became available again.

I've reached out to support via email and the chat widget and no replies. Really sad to see and it seems this is a very common thing being reported here and via other social channels by other users. NO Support. Anyone reading, I can provide the screenshots if needed. Messages sent on 10/22 and 11/17. I can say when this was working, it worked well.

What is the operational status of socialjuice?
