Thanks for your question! We did have a timeline based video editor for a while, but it was discontinued due to low usage.
I do intend to add "scenes" rather than timeline based editing as I personally don't think timeline works that well in a web context.
Beat mode currently does support beat matched videos (other than transitions) you can take a look here...

Hello. I have a question about credits for AI video generation. How are they used? How many seconds can be created per month on different plans? In the description, I only see information about credits for image generation.

Thanks for the question! Once you have selected generated or uploaded an image you'll be shown the video generation page which has the following note: "Runway ML model, costs 200 credits for 5 seconds of video or 400 for 10 seconds." Hope this helps, Rane
Q: can I delete the created voice clone and create a new clone based on a new audio recording?
Hello. I have a question about cloning. At level 4, 1 voice is available for cloning. If after cloning I am not satisfied with the result, can I delete the created voice clone and create a new clone based on a new audio recording? Or is recloning not available? What will be the consequence of deleting the created voice clone?

Q: how do i upgrade from tier 2 to tier 4? Also is there a guide on how to use this? and can videos be added?
how do i upgrade from tier 2 to tier 4? if i just buy 2 more codes - hope you will notice align or upgrade my services accordingly.
lastly when will longer length videos be available as for now it is just set to 5 minutes length maximum.
Also i tried to change to 9:16 youtube size ratio but it won't let me

If you buy more codes, you can add them on your accounts page.
Beat mode has a limit of five minute videos and is intended for short music based clips.
Videos created outside of beat mode can be as long as you like.
What happened when you tried changing the size? Could you take a screen recording please?
