I can no longer seem to scan sites that I was able to scan before. I requested support about a week ago but no one answered that. I noticed that the blog or the roadmap haven't been updated in a year. Any idea on what might be happening? Thanks for any information.
Q: Question about website analysis using maximum pages on large scans
1. In regards to scanning with the "Maximum Reports (number) Pages" below the "Analyze" button so I am not maxing out my memory on very large scans, if this was a site for example w/ 1,000 pages and I set the max pages to 100, will it pick up where I left off & scan the next 100 pages I have not scanned? 2. Am able to do that 10 times, so I end up scanning all 1,000 pages without scanning pages...

ANSWER: We do not have a feature like that but I did just add it to our list to do.

A: We do some things similar but are two very different companies with very different features. Each company has free trials so you can try them out and compare the two.
Q: What features & benefits does SpiderNow have that Screaming Frog does not?

A: We are not a desktop app so I believe we have more flexibility to add more unique features and can be used on any device since we are a web app. We also do full Performance reports and are adding AI to our software to correct coding issues.

It's been over a month and I've never heard back from support. I can't scan most of my sites. It stinks that they offer no help at all.
