Q: Are other review channels supported?
Are other review channels supported like Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and Facebook? I am interested in a landing page that allows the customer to choose which channels to post and to offer additional incentives for posting across all channels.

Jul 7, 2026A: Yes, you can set the outbound review link to any external URL of your choice, so you could send customers to any channel of your choice.
That said, our current review management support is limited to Google reviews. At the moment, we can import and reply to Google reviews from directly within Spokk.
One important question: are you looking to incentivize general customer feedback, or are you planning to offer incentives specifically for posting public reviews on those third-party platforms?
If it is the latter, I would be cautious. Many major review platforms prohibit incentives for reviews, and violations can result in reviews being removed or the business being penalized by the platform. There is also a practical limitation: there is not way to reliably match a specific customer to a review they posted on an external platform unless the customer manually submitted proof, such as a screenshot, and your team manually verified it.
A safer approach would be to tie the incentive to private feedback and let the users naturally leave the review on 3rd party platforms. With Spokk, since the review is already written for them, there is a much better chance for them to go on and leave a review.

Thanks for the advice and for distinguishing between the two. I understand your point and will incentivize the general feedback as per your recommendation. You don't currently support a landing page where I could set up multiple review channels to let the customer choose where to leave feedback? I operate vacation rentals and would like to have a landing page with multiple review channel options
