P2Q: T4 Question, when can sumolings have BYOK?
What level of sales monthly before we can get 80-90% off on credit-discounted rates and if not then can we ever have BYOK as there are other options that do not require credits, right?
Can we HIDE the credit features from the interface so that they do not get consumed or is that automatic after the initial 2000 credits are consumed? What is the solution here? What do you suggest? TY

Jun 16, 2026A: Hey there, BYOK is already available on Spokk. The credit system is for customer automations per month, which is our internal system where you can't bring in your own key. You get 6000 customers per year and you can purchase additional customers through the agency portal whenever you need. Reach out at [email protected] if you need a large number of customers and a bigger discount.
