I had some registration issues which can happen. More importantly, things were resolved in a chat session. Support didnt say check with Appsumo but solved it on their end - very proactive. Good idea - not fitting my use case
I was on high hopes when buying this tool. Now I must say, the UI looks polished on the surface but it did not fulfill my needs as I hoped when it comes to logical handling:
- Why can't I create unique link as advertised without a phone number - but with an api call I can?
- Not able to adjust tonality & tone and content of the reviews written
- No logic when it comes to review settings
- I did not understand the "services" and what they are good for?
- Branding is always visible
