Aug 25, 2026A: Good news on both counts.
On tier: MCP will be available on all pricing plans. There is no separate MCP tier and no plan you have to climb to in order to get access.
What it exposes, though, mirrors what your plan already includes. If a Toolkit is Pinnacle-level and you're on Start, it isn't available to you through MCP either. The MCP surface matches your plan, not more and not less. That's the only sensible way to do it, since MCP is a doorway into the platform rather than a product sitting beside it.
On timing: weeks rather than months. First iteration will carry the most important tooling, and then we'll extend from there. I won't announce a specific date until we're closer, but that should give you what you need for planning purposes. Short term is accurate.
Glad the unified database point landed, because it's the whole argument. Short hops between Contacts, Projects, Invoices, Appointments and Support inside one data model, instead of long reaches across a dozen products that were never designed to talk to each other. That's what makes the harness worth having.
