Three things I want confirmed before buying codes:

1) Is there a real P&L / income statement report (income minus categorized expenses)? I see an open feature request titled "Expense tracking and Profit/Loss Report" — has this shipped yet?

2) For retainer clients, can hours be auto-tracked against a prepaid cap with only the overage billed hourly? Or is that calculated manually before adding timers to an invoice?

3) Can each team member connect their own Gmail/Outlook inbox so sent/received emails to a contact log automatically to that contact's CRM record? There's an open request for "Inbound & Outbound email integration" — what's the status?
