Q: Instant Booking Feature?

I'm curious to know if you have an instant booking feature.

Examples for context:

Dubsado calls this a public proposal.

Which is a shareable, interactive web form that lets new leads select packages, sign a contract, and pay an invoice all in one continuous checkout flow.

It automatically creates a new client profile, generates a project, and can kick off an automated workflow.

Bloom CRM also offers an instant booking.

It lets clients choose service packages, pick an open date and time from your linked calendar, sign legal contracts, and pay deposits or full amounts in a single form.

If one offers a productized service or advisory session this feature could be very helpful.

Does your software offer an similar feature?

A: Q: Instant Booking Feature?

Short answer: yes. Everything you described is possible in SuiteDash today. Package selection, calendar booking, contract signature, payment, automatic client profile creation, Project generation, and a workflow kicking off behind it. All of it.

The Appointment Form, our public Book Me page.

A shareable, fully customizable booking page on your custom domain with a Friendly URL, so it's completely white labeled. Your photo, your colors, your branding. A prospect lands on it, sees the Appointment types you offer, picks an open slot from your linked availability, and answers your intake questions in the same flow. One page can present multiple Appointment Generators, so different session types, durations and prices all come off one link.

The Checkout Form.

Presents any number of your configured Items, Add-Ons and Packages for the Target to browse and select, with the total updating dynamically as they choose. On-Page payment means they pay right there. Price Bumps handle order bumps, adding to the rate of a selected Item or Package, one-time or on every recurring payment. Highlight Tag Labels let you flag "Popular" or "Best Deal" on the option you want chosen. Embed it on your landing page, share the direct link, or place it inside the Portal.

The Proposal.

Multi-page, built in the Content Block Editor, with a Proposal Choice Block so the Target selects their package/item and the value sets itself rather than you quoting flat. Accept & Sign is built in. A Valid Until date expires the offer on its own.

Now the part that actually matters, because this is where SuiteDash goes well past Dubsado and Bloom.

Every one of those events is an Automation trigger. Form submitted. Payment received. Proposal signed. Appointment booked. Any of them can fire an Auto-Template or any of the options in our Automation Suite... and an Auto-Template is not one action. It's a chain of them, executed in order against that Target.

So a single signature can: create the Target as a Client, grant Portal access with their own branded login, generate a Project from a Project Generator with all its Phases and Tasks already populated, assign the right Staff to those Tasks, create and send the Invoice or start the Subscription, drop the client into a Circle so they see the correct Dashboard and Portal Pages, share a Folder of onboarding Files, send a Document out for signature, enroll them in a Drip Sequence timed over the following weeks, enroll them in an LMS Product/Course, schedule Follow-Ups so nothing gets forgotten, and notify your team. The options are EXTENSIVE!

You can branch it too. Different Automations depending on which package/item they selected, which Appointment type they booked, or whether they were a known Contact or a brand new one.

You're CRAFTING that workflow yourself from the Toolkits above. More configuration up front, CONSIDERABLY more capability at the end.

Since you're describing productized services and advisory sessions specifically, start a free trial and build your actual booking flow before buying. The trial is close to the complete platform, not a stripped-down demo. If it holds up, email [email protected] and the team converts your trial account so codes redeem into it and everything you built is kept.

Thanks,

Mike
