A: Hello, Thank you for your question. SurFast Video Downloader’s support depends on the specific website. Most gated course platforms use additional encryption or DRM protection, so in general, their videos cannot be downloaded. Based on our current testing:
Udemy courses without DRM are supported Skool is supported intermittently (it works sometimes, but not consistently)
Instead of English, which the Youtube video is created in I get some other language?

A: Dear customer, now more and more videos have multiple audio tracks, including the translated tracks. We have not processed this section. For now, you can try to choose another download option to see if you could get the correct audio track. We will also optimize this feature in the later versions. Thanks!

Downloads fail. Installed the new version, didnt help.

In the meantime, could you please try signing in to YouTube using the Private feature and then attempt the download again?

I think I know what you mean in that when you go to download there are many of the same options in the dropdown but none of the specify the language.
Its unreasonable for user to guess and and keep trying to find the right language.
