I've used paid for software for downloading before but this is the best to date. I've also used the free download sites and aside from taking risks with malware etc they are extremely hit and miss and often don't work. This software is beautiful in it's simplicity and ease. One of the video types I've found a pain in the past has been FB reels, suddenly they are a breeze. So far everything has just worked and once done it keeps them very organized with thumbnails and easy to edit tiles etc. Very nice software with nothing I didn't like. It does have an extension that can be added to chrome but I did find that complicated to add so didn't bother, as required downloading a zipped file, unzipping and multiple steps. I'm knocking nothing off because it's not needed but would be nice to get this fixed. Very happy and already recommending it to friends.

I had just about given up on a video download solution, but this has handled everything I threw at it from their list of supported sites. I tested:

The app works pretty well—the supported websites are broad, with various download options and formats available.

It's been stable for months, until a few days ago when downloads suddenly failed. I'm unsure of the reason—perhaps a YouTube update? Nevertheless, the customer support team responded to my email and released an update promptly over the weekend, resolving the issue.

I'm happy with the stability. The team's diligence gives me further confidence in supporting the product.

After they identified the problem, they immediately updated their system so that other users won’t face the same issue again. I purchased SurFast from Appsumo and was very impressed. It downloaded everything I threw at it. Then, a month later, I tried to download a YouTube video, and it didn't work. I contacted the company through their support email and was responded to within 1 hour. They acknowledged there was a bug and issued the patch. Now it works perfectly again. I had a great experience with their support staff.
