This doesn't work on Skool. I submitted a support ticket - I received an email with a bunch of confusing technical suggestions that I didn't understand. When I asked if they could send me a screen recording to show me what I needed to do to resolve the issue, they declined.

A Shiny White Elephant: Feature-Rich but Functionally Broken
I purchased it a few months ago, and it worked fine. I will say that this team—the product team—makes a lot of effort in updating the features and the services. They have now introduced a private tab. However, the issue is that I am unable to download anything (last 2 months or so), whether from YouTube or elsewhere. It just says, "Error: percentage zero, an unexpected error occurred during the download." The same thing keeps happening again and again. I thought probably YouTube had changed something, but then I figured out that there are some issues somewhere in this product, because I had to purchase another software (to verify). I'm not sure. Also, the biggest problem is there is no way to get any help and support. You can see the entire Surfast Area UI, and there isn't any place to get customer support.

Not worth the time let alone the cost - avoid and save your money
27 August 2026 months back at purchase this tool worked reasonably well on Youtube, not so much on other platforms, so I was reasonably happy but not very. But today it barely works, I have tried downloading simple youtube videos today (with the latest version of the app installed then rebooted the pc) wasted a load of time, 4 failed "errors" only 1 worked. I feel scammed, looks like a rebadge of previous "lifetime" software that also stopped working and disappeared, this niche is to be avoided IMHO, Ive been burned 3 times now. In future I will save money and time and just use a screen recorder app - these video downloaders are a scam.
