Update: Significant Improvements, But Room to Grow

[Updated after working with support team]
I'm pleased to report that after connecting with the app's support team, the platform is now performing much better. The critical deployment issues we initially experienced have been resolved, and the core functionality is working as intended.

However, there are still some features I'd like to see improved:
User Management Limitations: Currently, only the primary account holder can add new users to the platform. This creates a bottleneck for our workflow, as my marketing team cannot operate autonomously—they have to wait for me to add team members. Multi-admin capabilities would be a huge improvement for teams like ours.

Chat Support Needs Work: The chat support feature is essentially non-functional. If real-time support isn't available, I'd prefer they remove the chat option entirely rather than leave users waiting indefinitely. Email support, on the other hand, has been helpful—though response times could be faster, the quality of assistance is solid.

Bottom line: This app shows real promise, and the execution has improved considerably since our initial rollout. While it's not flawless and there's definitely room for refinement, the concept is strong and the platform now delivers on its core value. I'm confident enough in its direction to continue using it and recommend it to other teams with similar needs.

Good... when it works

I've been using this product since December 2024 and it generally works pretty well. The UI/in app navigation takes a little bit of getting used to. The customization options are flexible enough for my use case.

My issue, however, is that about 1/3 of the time all the images break in my signature. There doesn't appear to be any consistent cause that I can identify. So when that happens, I either waste time manually removing the entire signature and typing it out myself, or I just send it as is and it looks quite unprofessional.

Went through all of Support's troubleshooting steps months ago, and have been trying to coordinate a screenshare to no avail. Unfortunate, because it could be a good product and I'm unable to roll it out across my team.

EDIT Sept 11, 2025: Downgrading from 3 stars to 2 stars. I booked a call with their support team to finally get this resolved. I joined the call to see that the employee who was supposed to arrive, didn't. Nor did he communicate at all. Someone else named "Sushma" joined that call, camera off, which was fine. She asked me to wait a few minutes for the other person to join. After about 3-4 minutes, she silently dropped off the call without a word. I waited for another 10 minutes or so before realizing that I was ghosted and leaving. I emailed them about it, and ironically, had the exact same issue in that email too: all images in my signature were broken.

Still waiting on a resolution. Bad experience overall.

Support took my suggestion and implemented it in less than 2 weeks

I had NewOldStamp but it seemingly hadn't made any updates since 2018 when I purchased tier 1... They require upgrade to tier 4 in order to use the M365 integration-- It's still a good deal but I decided to try SyncSignature and compare the two.

The integration with M365 is seamless and easy to assign signatures in bulk. My only issue originally was that it assigns the signature on every email-- even when replying. I asked support about this and now less than two weeks later it's implemented. There is now an option to include the signature in "New Emails", "Reply Emails", and/or "Forward Emails" from within the plugin

Thank you so much for sharing your honest thoughts. I am sure there are plenty of benefits in choosing SyncSignature lifetime deal over NewOldStamp lifetime deal, this is probably one of them ;)

We loved your suggestion and it was definitely something that a lot of people would've benefitted from- so we had to get that out quickly and we did :)
