I have Tier 4 that I bought in 2024.
How does the new AI credit system work and is BYOK available? As a new user, I am very concerned about the user feedback of wasted credits and platform bugs. These haven’t been responded to. Is Taja stable?
After contacting support about the YouTube publishing and rendering issues, I was told the team was working on a fix. However, the situation is now worse. Currently, nothing in the platform is functioning correctly: Shorts generation fails Clips generation fails Written content generation fails The platform is completely unusable for me right now. In addition, I already lost 4 of my 8 monthly credits while trying to test and troubleshoot these problems, even though no usable output was generated. Could the team please clarify: Is there an ongoing system-wide issue? When is a fix expected? Can failed credits be restored for affected users? Thank you.
