Q: I can't log in!

I have a Tier 4 account and haven't logged in to it for some time. When I tried to log in, my usual email and password didn't work. I clicked 'forgot password' to reset my password, but the email link took me to https://prod.taja-supabase.com instead of the usual Taja login page. I don't remember ever logging in at that link. Could you please look into this? Thank you.
