A: Definitely possible. You just will have to build an automation to tackle whatever tasks are involved to accomplish this. Similar to you prompting Claude to complete the things, you would prompt TaskMagic to complete those items, test the workflows, and then you can publish them so they run on their own without using any AI credits.
Thank you. Can you tell me how many AI credits that would cost? I can create a single workflow from it, so I can estimate how many of the onetime credits I need at once. And what do I do when the one-time credits are gone? Then I can't build new automations. And can you tell me why I can't change the plan of you? This is the case with all other AppSumo products.
My Goal: Agency clients send image + short text via WhatsApp – everything else runs automatically: brand image (using GHL's native Canva MCP connection), generate caption, post to GHL Social Planner. Fully automated.
What GHL Does: Receives WhatsApp images (manual download via "Add to Documents"), has Canva integration, Ask AI for text, Social Planner.
The Problem: GHL can't auto-extract image...

A: TaskMagic should be capable of doing this, as it should be able to interact with WhatsApp as well as download and upload photos, but we haven't tried building this ourselves so we can't comment on its complexity or costs. Some users are mostly using TaskMagic/GHL to set up subaccounts, so those are the only GHL automations we've worked on.
Q: My workflow uses AI credits to create the output. How does it work with TaskMagic?
I have a workflow that needs AI to scrape/extract/update the output which is used in next step of the automation. What type of credit will be used for my workflow? AI Credit or TaskMagic Credits? Example - My workflow has a webscraper - for now using APIFY - daily lottery data and updates the spreadsheet and stats and works on some kind of logic. Instead of API - which costs money - I want to automate this task. Will it help me save daily API cost and use TaskMagic credits?

A: the app credits (refreshed monthly) are used to actually execute the workflow while AI credits are used to build the workflow so it sounds like you'd be saving money given once you make the workflow you'd be able to run it without using AI credits based on my understanding of the workflow.
The workflow itself needs AI to execute. Example: I have a prompt and I ask AI to enhnace the prompt in my workflow. Everytime, the workflow will have a different 'input' to enhance the prompt! That means, the workflow is same, with different output. Does it still consume only 1 credit from my quota of 15,000 (for Tier 7)?
Probably a beginner question, but I wonder if I can also connect TaskMagic with my GoHighLevel account. And if so, what can I do with it? Maybe you have some good examples. If I run my agency service on it. Or it doesn't bring any advantages and I can go high level and automate everything accordingly.
And another question, can I put the software in German and enter all commands in German? Thank you for the answers.

A: Definitely can! We have the 'LeadConnector' app allowing for different actions/triggers but also you can build browser automations to interact with GHL using our copilot. some users are using this to handle configuring sub-accounts automatically for their customers.
you can prompt the copilot in german but we currently do not have a way to change the language in the app
Ok, thanks for the answer. And do I need MCP for that? I have now bought Tier 1 and see that I can not change the plan as it is the case with other products after the purchase. Even if the offer has already expired. If I needed Tier 4 for this, I would like to upgrade.
Q: Does the BYOK add-on support intelligent model switching?
Two quick questions about the BYOK add-on: 1. Does BYOK also support the intelligent model switching feature used by built-in AI credits? (i.e., the system automatically selects the best model for each task based on the prompt complexity, to optimize automation logic and credit consumption.) 2. Or do I have to manually pick one fixed model (e.g., GPT-5.6, DeepSeek 4, Minimax M3, Claude Sonnet) for...

A: BYOK allows you to create multiple individual connections, but only one model per connection, so you can change it at any time that you want, but it does not auto-scale up/down the way AI credits do.
Thanks Deanna! Since Kyle is aware of the latest AI models, here's a follow-up suggestion: besides individual model selection it would simplify things for BYOK users to have three autorouter levels (Auto Basic, Auto Standard and Auto Max), each bundling a preset of 2 or 3 battle-tested models by complexity. If we pick a level, the TM builder auto-selects the appropriate model from our API provider
Q: Claude Code Comparison
I've explored Claude Code which can do with GHL:
Live Inbox Agent: qualify leads, score, move pipelines, draft replies
Contact Enrichment: research contacts, create personalized first-touch messages
Pipeline Audit: nightly reports on stale deals and missing follow-ups
Post-Call Automation: create notes, follow-ups, tasks after sales calls
